Social photography is normally documenting a event or a person or a item and the photographers job is to photograph the ting that is happening. If it is about a person and say a newspaper set you out to do it, it would just be a standard portrait not normally of them moving around and doing stuff. It shows us what people/items where invoked, what they where/are doing. They're not always particularly good photographs but if the photo is different and people will notice it then thats good enough because it will catch peoples eye. You need to think about what angle and height you're taking them from to get a different but good photograph. This photo was obviously taken from behind, this is different because red carpet photos are normally taken from front on.Winter gardens ballroom Blackpool.
